Want to fund your account by mail? Send a cashier's check or money order to ICSolutions, Attention: Customer Service, 2200 Danbury St., San Antonio, TX 78217. Include your name, address, and the phone number you want the inmate to call.

1. Call the ICSolutions operator - dial 1-888-506-8407.
2. Fund the prepaid account by credit card - follow the operator’s prompts and provide your card details.
3. Confirm the destination number - make sure the telephone number you want to receive calls on is correct before you finish.

Accidentally blocked calls from MCCF? It happens - sometimes the phone prompts make it easy to do by mistake. Call 1-888-506-8407 and ask to have the block removed so calls can come through again.
