Setting Up ICSolutions Prepaid Accounts & What 'All Calls Are Recorded' Means at MCCF
If your loved one is at Montgomery County Correctional Facility (MCCF), phone contact is possible—but calls go through ICSolutions, either as collect calls or from a prepaid account. And they're not private. Here's how it works.
Inmates at MCCF can't receive incoming calls. They get daily access to phones for outgoing calls only - either collect or paid through a prepaid account. So if you want to stay in touch, you'll need to set things up on your end to accept (and pay for) the calls they place.
Want more control than standard collect calls? Set up an ICSolutions prepaid account. According to facility materials, there's no fee to open one. To add money by mail, send a cashier's check or money order with your name, address, and destination phone number to: ICSolutions, Attention: Customer Service, 2200 Danbury St., San Antonio, TX 78217. Prefer a credit card? Call 1-888-506-8407 to add funds over the phone. You can also manage your account online at www.ICSolution.com.
Good to know: MCCF’s posted information says there’s no fee to set up an ICSolutions prepaid account.

- ✓ Mail deposit: Send a cashier’s check or money order with your name, address, and the destination telephone number to ICSolutions, Attention: Customer Service, 2200 Danbury St., San Antonio, TX 78217.
- ✓ Credit card by phone: Call the operator at 1-888-506-8407 to add funds.
- ✓ Other vendor options: Depending on the vendor’s available services, you may see additional ways to pay (for example, debit card or Western Union options).
Even though the account itself has no setup fee, some payment methods carry processing fees. If you're watching costs, compare options before loading a larger amount.
When you hear "all calls are recorded," take it literally. Every inmate call from MCCF is recorded and may be monitored. Assume staff can review any conversation - don't treat phone calls as confidential. The same goes for video visits through ICSolutions. You'll schedule them on the ICSolutions website, and they're subject to monitoring and recording too.
Warning: Calls from MCCF may be recorded and monitored. Don’t share sensitive personal information over the phone.
- Use the automated prompts to block unwanted calls - If you get a call from an inmate and don’t want to accept it now or in the future, follow the phone prompts during the call to restrict future calls.
- Undo an accidental block through the vendor - If you blocked calls by mistake and need to receive them again, contact ICSolutions using the same phone/web options you’d use for account help.
For account management and video visits, head to www.ICSolution.com. That's where MCCF directs visitors for scheduling, registration, and troubleshooting.
