Each visitor age 16 and older gets one video visit per week, capped at 30 minutes. Plan accordingly - don't burn your weekly visit on a day when you can't stay the full half hour.

Visitors 16 and older must show photo ID. Forget it or can't produce it? You'll lose your chance to visit.

Note: All video visits are monitored and recorded. Assume anything you say or show on camera can be reviewed later.

Dress Code Prohibitions

  • Sheer or translucent clothing
  • Halter tops
  • Tights
  • Low-cut shirts

Warning: Civilians who are improperly dressed will be denied visitation.

Children age 12 and under count as child visitors and must visit at the same time as their listed guardian. If you're bringing a child, make sure both of you are scheduled together - otherwise the visit may be refused.

Behavior matters on both sides of the screen. Inappropriate conduct from either the inmate or the visitor can end the visit immediately - and may result in suspended visitation privileges. That means losing more than just one call.

Tip: Keep the conversation and anything visible on camera appropriate - these visits are monitored and recorded, and a visit can be ended if behavior crosses the line.

Clergy visits are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 11:00am.

Attorney visits are available daily during three windows: 8:00am–11:00am, 2:30pm–4:00pm, and 6:00pm–9:00pm. These professional visit times are separate from regular civilian video-visit scheduling.

Note: Attorney and clergy visits follow professional visitation windows, not the same rules and booking flow as civilian video visits.
