Mail the money order and the deposit form to the trust deposit address used for North Carolina facilities: TouchPay Holdings, LLC, PO Box 174, Houston, TX 77001-0174.

• ✓ Complete every field on the deposit form, and write clearly in blue or black ink to avoid processing delays.
• ✓ Use the offender’s full name and double-check the OID number before you mail it.
