Scheduling a Visit at Mountain View Correctional Facility (How & When to Book)
Scheduling matters at Mountain View because visits are appointment-based and booking windows are short. Here are the visit times, how often you can go, and the simplest way to lock in a slot for the week you want.
In-person visits at Mountain View Correctional Facility happen on weekends only. Saturdays have two blocks: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sundays have one block: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Before you try to book, know the limits. Each visitor is allowed one visit per weekend and two visits per month. If you already visited last weekend (or you've hit two visits this month), you'll need to wait for the next eligible weekend or month before scheduling again.
Arrival tip: Plan to get there 15 minutes before your visit time so you can sign in and be seated.

Every person entering for a visit needs an appointment, regardless of age. Mountain View makes no exceptions to this rule. Don't assume a child can be added at the door without being scheduled in advance.
