Maryland DPSCS directs families to ConnectNetwork for MRDCC phone account questions. It's the authorized portal for deposits and account management, so start there for most call-related issues. If you run into a problem you can't fix online, call ConnectNetwork directly at (877) 650-4249.

Paying online? ConnectNetwork's website and mobile apps accept major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. You can make deposits 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - no waiting for business hours. This is especially useful if calls are getting blocked due to a low balance, or you need to add money quickly before a scheduled call window.

Note: DPSCS describes two common phone account types. AdvancePay is a prepaid collect option tied to a specific phone number. PIN Debit funds are used by the incarcerated individual to pay for calls - many facilities let friends and family add money to it, and unused funds are refunded upon release.
