Setting Up Video Visits from Home: Muskegon County Jail's GTL/VisBridge Steps

Using a desktop or laptop from home? You'll need the GTL VisBridge application. Sign into your visitor account at least 10 minutes early, then click the "Internet Visit Tester" option. This walks you through the download and checks your camera and microphone before the visit starts.

1. Log into your visitor account early - sign in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled visit.
2. Open “Internet Visit Tester” - find it on the menu bar inside your visitor account.
3. Follow the prompts to download VisBridge - the tester will guide you through installing the GTL VisBridge desktop application.
4. Run the test before your visit starts - complete the tester steps so your setup is ready when the visit time arrives.
