How to Mail a Money Order to Someone at Neuse Correctional Institution (Step‑by‑Step)

Start with the NCDAC trust-account deposit slip - this form links your money order to the correct person's account. Fill it out completely in blue or black ink, and make sure everything is legible. Sloppy handwriting can delay processing. Detach the deposit slip and mail it with the money order. Both pieces need to arrive together. Sending one without the other is a common reason deposits get held up.

  • Use blue or black ink
  • Complete every required field and write clearly
  • Enter the offender’s full name and OID number in the designated fields

On the “Pay to the order of” line, make the money order payable to “TouchPay Holdings.” That payee name needs to be exact so the deposit can be processed correctly.

Write the offender's full name and OID number on both the deposit slip and the money order. Double-check that OID before sealing the envelope - one wrong digit can trigger a manual review or delay the deposit. Make sure the name matches exactly how it appears in the system.

The maximum for a single money order is $300.00, and it must be in U.S. dollars.

Mail the completed money order and the detached deposit form to: TouchPay Holdings, LLC PO Box 174 Houston, TX 77001-0174
