The New Mail Address for NRVRJ Inmates — and What NOT to Send There
NRVRJ has changed where personal inmate mail goes. If you're writing someone at New River Valley Regional Jail, use the new Phoenix, Maryland P.O. Box address and follow the envelope rules below—otherwise your letter won't be delivered electronically.
