New River Valley Regional Jail has a new mailing address for personal inmate mail. All personal letters should now go to: P.O. Box 247, Phoenix, MD 21131.

To make sure your letter is delivered electronically, the envelope still needs the same key details - just with the new Phoenix, MD P.O. Box as the mailing address. Include the full facility name and the state where the facility is located, then the incarcerated person’s full name and identifier.
