For Trust Fund or PIN Debit deposits through the New Hampshire DOC automated phone system, you'll need Site ID 222. Have that number handy before you call. It saves time, especially if you're setting things up for the first time.

New Hampshire DOC uses a contracted third-party service, ConnectNetwork (formerly GTL, now Viapath), for most forms of inmate communication. If you're working through accounts or tools tied to communication services, expect to see that provider name during the process.

Note: Court-ordered financial obligations are handled separately. The Division of Field Services is responsible for collecting court-ordered fines, fees, and restitution.

The mailing address for inmate correspondence at Concord facilities is PO Box 14, Concord, NH 03302 (include the person's name and DOC ID number). This is a correspondence address, though. Confirm whether the payment you're planning to send is actually accepted by mail, and if so, where exactly it needs to go.

Steps-to-follow

  • Get the DOC Site ID ready before using the automated phone system: New Hampshire DOC Site ID 222.
  • If your deposit process routes you through ConnectNetwork (formerly GTL, now Viapath), follow the prompts for the New Hampshire DOC and keep your information consistent across accounts.

Reminder: Court-ordered fines, fees, and restitution are handled by the Division of Field Services, not the general deposit process.

Before submitting a deposit, double-check that you're using the correct Site ID for the New Hampshire DOC automated phone system. The Site ID is 222. Using the wrong one can send your payment to the wrong place or block the transaction entirely.

Since New Hampshire DOC uses ConnectNetwork (now Viapath) for most inmate communication, check what that system currently allows for deposits. Specifically, confirm which payment methods are supported, what fees apply, and any limits or timing that could affect when funds post.

Keep regular account deposits separate from court-ordered obligations. The Division of Field Services handles collection of court-ordered fines, fees, and restitution, so confirm whether your payment needs to go through that office instead. Planning to mail something? Double-check the correct routing first. The inmate correspondence address for Concord facilities is PO Box 14, Concord, NH 03302, but that doesn't automatically mean payments are accepted there.

Verify before you pay: Confirm Site ID 222 for New Hampshire DOC, check what ConnectNetwork (Viapath) currently supports and any fees, determine whether your payment is a court-ordered obligation handled by the Division of Field Services, and confirm whether mail payments are accepted and which address applies (PO Box 14, Concord, NH 03302 is listed for inmate correspondence in Concord).
