Who to Contact When You Have Questions About Someone at NHSP‑M
Getting answers about someone at NHSP‑M is easier when you know which office handles what. Here's who to contact for general questions, records requests, donations, and communication services.
For general questions that don't involve a formal records request, start with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Public Information Office. Email them at feedback@doc.nh.gov.
Need documents or public records? You'll file a Right-to-Know request under New Hampshire's RSA 91-A law, which governs what NHDOC can release. Email your request to doc.righttoknow@doc.nh.gov.
Prefer fax? Send your Right-to-Know request to 603-271-5602.
You can also mail your request to: PO Box 1806, Concord, NH 03302.
Want to donate items? Plan ahead - state law requires donations to NHDOC be approved by the Governor and Executive Council before they're accepted.
- ✓ DOC warehouse: (603) 271-1876
- ✓ Office of Financial Management: (603) 271-5607
To schedule visits, use the DOC's visitation portal. You'll need the facility identifier: New Hampshire DOC Site ID 222.
Making a Trust Fund or PIN Debit deposit by phone? Have the facility's Site ID ready - you'll need to enter it during the automated deposit process.
Note: Inmates can receive email through the DOC's contracted vendor, but you'll need to get their email address directly from them. Inmates don't have internet access.
