Prohibited Items

  • Weapons
  • Smoking materials
  • Food or drink
  • Electronic devices (including cameras and other photo/audio/video equipment)
  • Purses or backpacks

Reminder: Leave your phone in the car. Cameras, recording equipment, and all electronic devices are prohibited in the visitation area.

Keep things calm and respectful during your visit. Staff expect orderly behavior from everyone - visitors and inmates alike. Get loud or disruptive, and your visit ends early.

Dress appropriately. If staff consider your clothing indecent or inappropriate, they can end the visit on the spot.

Don't bring anything to hand over during the visit. Staff won't accept items for an inmate unless the Shift Sergeant or Jail Commander approved it ahead of time. Get that approval in advance - not at the door.
