Visitation
NORCOR uses video-only visitation through Telmate. Visits happen on tablets in the Administration lobby or remotely online. To schedule, use a lobby station, www.gettingout.com, or the GETTINGOUT VISITS app—but you'll need to create a Telmate login first (on the website or at the kiosk). Remote visits are unlimited and scheduled first-come, first-serve. If you're visiting on lobby tablets, arrive five minutes before your scheduled time. The adult in custody must confirm every visit for it to happen. If they're in segregation (300 or 700 block), notify NORCOR staff at least two hours ahead. After 30 days in custody, an inmate may request an approved one-hour in-person visit with friends or family, scheduled through administration.

All mail sent to NORCOR must follow facility rules. Contraband—anything jail staff don't allow unless authorized—gets confiscated, and sexually explicit material is commonly rejected. NORCOR's digital mail center also prohibits photocopies, mass-distributed pages, and computer-printed material, so those items won't make it through. Mail may be processed by the facility or a vendor and is opened and inspected before delivery. To avoid delays, address the envelope with the person's full booking name, include your return address, and use the U.S. Postal Service when possible. If something gets rejected, both sender and recipient are typically notified in writing and may have a window to appeal.
