How to Put Money on Someone's Account at NORCOR (Online, Phone, Kiosk, Money Order)
Getting money onto someone's account at NORCOR is simpler than it looks—every deposit method runs through the same system. Just pick whichever option works best for you: online, app, phone, lobby kiosk, or mailed money order.
All adult in-custody deposits at NORCOR go through TELMATE. Online, phone, kiosk, money order - doesn't matter. You're just choosing a different entry point into the same system.
The easiest option? Deposit online at www.gettingout.com or download the GETTINGOUT DEPOSITS app from your app store. Either way, you can handle everything from home without a trip to the facility.
Prefer to talk to someone? You can deposit by phone through Telmate customer service. Same TELMATE system, just with a representative walking you through it.
If you're already at the facility, use the TELMATE kiosk in the NORCOR Administration Lobby. It's open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Can't make it during the week? The lobby kiosk is also available on weekends and holidays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
You can also mail a money order. Make it out to the adult in custody at NORCOR. Once they receive and endorse it, the funds go into their commissary account.
To deposit by phone, call Telmate customer service at 866-516-0115 (sometimes listed as 1-866-516-0115 - same line either way).
For remote deposits, your two self-serve options are the GETTINGOUT DEPOSITS app and www.gettingout.com. Both post through TELMATE, so it just comes down to whether you'd rather use your phone or a computer.
