How to deposit funds, commissary, and payment options
Adults in custody at NORCOR get 60 free video visitation minutes each week. These minutes activate at booking, reset weekly (Monday through Sunday), and don't carry over unused. To use the free minutes, the adult in custody must be selected to pay. For paid video visits, Friends & Family need funds on a verified phone/account before scheduling. You can add money online through GettingOut, by calling Telmate at 1-866-516-0115, at the lobby Telmate kiosk, or by mailing a money order payable to the adult in custody for their commissary account. The Administration Lobby is open Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. The kiosk accepts deposits on weekends and holidays from 8:00am–12:00pm—use the black phone on the kiosk for weekend help. Commissary orders are due Sunday at 10:30pm for Tuesday delivery and Wednesday at 10:30pm for Friday delivery. Care packs and hot meals must be ordered by Wednesday night for Friday delivery.

Getting money onto someone's account at NORCOR is simpler than it looks—every deposit method runs through the same system. Just pick whichever option works best for you: online, app, phone, lobby kiosk, or mailed money order.
NORCOR runs regular commissary on a Tuesday/Friday delivery rhythm, and the cutoff times are strict. If you want commissary delivered on Tuesday, the order has to be submitted by Sunday night at 10:30 PM. For a Friday delivery, you’ll need to submit the order by Wednesday night at 10:30 PM.
