Before You Go: What to (and Not to) Bring Into NERCC

Keep it simple for on-site visits at NERCC: bring your car keys and your ID. That's it. Leave everything else outside so you don't get held up at check-in.

Leave handbags, packages, and other personal items in your vehicle before you walk in. If you show up with them, staff will send you back to lock them in your car - or tell you to come back another day without them. Either way, it eats into your visit time.

Reminder: NERCC is not responsible for personal items that are lost or stolen after you leave them outside or locked in your vehicle.

Leave all electronics in your vehicle. Cell phones, iPads, and other devices aren't allowed inside during on-site visits.

No photography or video recording during visits - on-site or remote. Don't bring recording equipment, and don't try to snap pictures or record on your phone.

No food, drinks, or tobacco in the visitor area. Finish up before you head inside.
