NERCC uses vendor-run phone and video systems, so outbound calls and vendor messaging services are the main ways residents stay in touch with family. To schedule a video visit, email nerccvisiting@arcmn5.org and wait for confirmation. On-site video visits are held Wednesdays and Sundays, with five slots between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Each session lasts 20 minutes. Arrive more than 10 minutes late and your visit may be canceled. During video calls, residents cannot show other residents, staff members, or the facility layout on their devices. Displaying nudity on a video call can result in losing video privileges.
