All visitors must show government-issued photo ID at the visiting reception desk and sign the Visitor Registration Log. Visiting hours are organized by last-name groupings, with evening weekend slots available by housing unit—check the current schedule for your name group and unit before heading out. You'll pass through a metal detector. If you can't clear it, you may be denied entry, though staff will use a pat search instead if you have documented implants or prosthetics. Each visit allows up to three visitors at a time, and inmates can have up to ten approved people on their visiting list (changes allowed every 90 days). Don't cut it close: if you arrive within 30 minutes of the end of a visiting period, you won't be processed. Visits max out at two hours.
