To add money at Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center, use the two Inmate Banker kiosks in the main lobby—available 24/7 for cash or card—or deposit online through ConnectNetwork (listed as NW Regional VA – Adult Detention, site ID 7). You can also mail a USPS money order for commissary deposits. During intake, any cash found on an inmate goes into their account; cards and checks go into personal property. Inmates have access to facility tablets, but paid features require funds added online.
