Video Visit Checklist: How to Avoid Missed Visits, Lost Fees, and Suspensions

If you're 18 or older, have a valid, government-issued photo ID ready before you try to join a video visit. No valid ID? You can be blocked from participating, even if everything else is set up correctly.
