Oahu Community Correctional Center (OCCC) offers visitation Monday through Sunday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, excluding State holidays. Visits are scheduled in specific time blocks for general population and modules—each session lasts 30 minutes and is non-contact. To schedule, call (808) 832-1633 Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Confirm the inmate's assigned time block while you're on the phone. Arrive and check in 15 minutes before your scheduled visit. OCCC allows a maximum of two visitors per visit (including children), and each inmate may receive one visit per week. Visitation areas are sanitized between sessions. Hours and rules may change for operational needs, so call ahead to confirm visits are running as scheduled.

All inmate phone calls at Oahu Community Correctional Center go through Global Tel Link (GTL). This includes calls to landlines and cell phones—local, inter-island, mainland, and international. After booking, GTL provides a one-time, one-minute complimentary call with instructions on how friends and family can receive future calls and add funds.
