At OCCC, only approved visitors can make electronic deposits into an inmate's trust fund account through ConnectNetwork. There's also a monthly cap: $300 per inmate. Keep in mind that fees may apply, and deposits can be subject to court-ordered restitution and CVCC fines.

ConnectNetwork (GTL/ViaPath) lets friends and family add funds to an OCCC inmate's trust account using a credit or debit card. Once you've set up your account and selected the facility and inmate, you can make deposits whenever needed. The catch: you must be an approved visitor to send money electronically.

  1. Set up your ConnectNetwork account by phone - Call 1-877-650-4249 to enroll.
  2. Or create your account online - You can also set up your ConnectNetwork account online.
  3. Use your card to make a deposit - Friends and family use the account to deposit funds into the inmate trust fund using a credit or debit card.

Deposits made through ConnectNetwork reach OCCC within 1–2 business days. How quickly the funds become available after that depends on PSD policies.
