  • ✓ Bring a mask and keep it on in the visitation area - without one, the onsite visit can be terminated

  2. Choose your device - you can do the remote visit on a laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
  3. Book your session - each remote visit is 30 minutes.
  4. Schedule as often as you want (if you’re paying) - the person scheduling the remote visit isn’t limited in the number of paid visits they choose to have within the week.
