How to Visit Facility
Visiting in person is pretty straightforward once you know the rules. Here's what to expect, including scheduling, time limits, and the current mask requirement.
This facility uses Encartele for visitation and phone services. You'll see Encartele's systems and branding when you schedule visits and manage communication.
Onsite visits are free. Each one is limited to 30 minutes, and inmates are allowed two onsite visits per week. Plan ahead if you're juggling work, childcare, or travel.
Mask required: Anyone entering the visitation area for an onsite visit must wear a mask. Show up without one and your visit will be terminated.
- Schedule your onsite visit online - Family and friends must schedule through the Visit site (customer.Cidnet.net).
- Use the website only - Onsite visits must be scheduled using the online website only; the facility does not treat onsite visits as walk-in.
- Lock in your time slot before you go - Since you can’t schedule onsite visits in person, make sure your visit is on the calendar before you show up.
- ✓ Confirm your onsite visit is scheduled online (onsite visits must be scheduled using the website only)
- ✓ Plan for a 30-minute visit
- ✓ Keep the two-visits-per-week limit in mind when choosing dates
- ✓ Bring a mask and wear it into the visitation area (the visit will be terminated if you do not)
Before you head out, verify the current scheduling process and confirm the facility is still using the Visit site (customer.Cidnet.net) for onsite visits. Encartele provides visitation and phone services here, so their system is usually the first place updates or changes appear.
Double-check the onsite visit rules before each trip: that visits are still free, still 30 minutes, and still capped at two per week. Confirm the mask rule too. Anyone entering the onsite visitation area must wear a mask, and visits can be terminated if you don't comply.
