Okaloosa County Corrections Institution switched from Securus to HomeWAV for inmate communications. Use HomeWAV for calls and video visits going forward. The platform supports video calls, voice calls, messaging, scheduling, notifications, and account management. Billing is by the minute—no plans or packages—so you only pay for what you use. Need help? HomeWAV offers phone and email support. If you still have a Securus account, you can delete it through customer care or the Securus mobile app. Deleting cancels any VideoConnect subscriptions, and if you delete before a scheduled session, that session may be voided without a refund. For Securus prepaid accounts funded online by credit card, refunds typically go back to the last-used card within 2–3 business days.

You can delete a Securus account by calling Securus customer care at 972-734-1111. You can also choose “Delete Account” in the Securus mobile app.
If your Securus prepaid account was funded online by credit card, refunds are applied to the last-used card and are generally issued within 2–3 business days. For questions about your specific refund, contact Securus customer care.
