Setting up remote video visits with Onondaga Correctional Facility (ICSolutions)

To use Onondaga Correctional Facility’s remote video visitation system, start by going to www.ICSolutions.com. That’s where you’ll register as a visitor and find the information you need to get set up for video visits.

Eligible incarcerated individuals can have up to two remote video visits per day. Each session runs 30 minutes. Slots fill up, so booking early gives you more options.

Remote video visits are offered in set half-hour windows Monday through Friday. The available time slots include 9:00–9:30 am, 9:45–10:15 am, 10:30–11:00 am, 12:30–1:00 pm, 1:15–1:45 pm, and 2:00–2:30 pm. When you’re choosing a time, focus on what’s open in the system - availability can change as other people book.
