How to Contact an Inmate at Orange Correctional Center, NC (NC)

In North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) facilities, non-legal mail is screened and scanned by TextBehind, then delivered electronically to the person's tablet. So if you send a "regular" letter, it won't arrive as paper. It gets digitized and made available on-screen. Those tablets are provided through NCDAC's contract with ViaPath/GTL.
