How to Visit Orange County Jail (TX)

Your first video visit needs to be scheduled by phone at least one day ahead. You will also need your unique visitor ID number to book the appointment, so make sure you have that ready before you call.

Call (407) 836-8061 to schedule. The phone lines are open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., so plan your call within that window.

Bring an accepted photo ID to the Video Visitation Center. The facility accepts a valid driver's license, passport, or state and/or military ID.

The Video Visitation Center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The last session starts at 9 p.m. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so check-in does not eat into your visit time.
