At Ordnance Road, you can add funds three ways: at the lobby kiosk, online through AccessCorrections.com, or by phone at 866-345-1884. If you’re depositing by phone or online, you’ll need the facility number (221401) so your payment routes to the right location.

If you get stuck mid-transaction or prefer to handle it with a person, the AccessCorrections phone line (866-345-1884) has live bilingual agents available 24/7.

If you’re using the lobby kiosk with cash, bring bills in the denominations the machine accepts: $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100. It won’t take coins, and it also won’t accept $1 bills - so plan your cash ahead of time.

The kiosk is located in the front lobby of the Ordnance Road Detention Center.

Every deposit between $0.01 and $300.00 comes with a handling fee. The exact amount depends on how much you're sending and whether you use the lobby kiosk, phone, or web.

  • Lobby kiosk: $4.00 base fee for $0.00–$19.99
  • Lobby kiosk: $4.00 base fee for $20.00–$99.99
  • Lobby kiosk: $4.00 base fee for $100–$199.99
  • Lobby kiosk: $4.00 base fee for $200–$300
  • Telephone: $3.95 base fee for $0.00–$19.99
  • Telephone: $6.95 base fee for $20.00–$99.99
  • Telephone: $8.95 base fee for $100–$199.99
  • Telephone: $10.95 base fee for $200.01–$300
  • Web: $2.95 base fee for $0.00–$19.99
  • Web: $5.95 base fee for $20.01–$99.99
  • Web: $7.95 base fee for $100–$199.99
  • Web: $9.95 base fee for $200.01–$300

Warning: Don't bring cash to hand to staff - they can't accept deposits from visitors. Money orders aren't accepted either.

Timing matters for commissary. Deposits must be completed by midnight Wednesday to make Thursday's commissary order at Ordnance Road.

Want to minimize fees? Match your deposit method to the amount. For deposits under $20, the web base fee ($2.95) beats both the lobby kiosk ($4.00) and phone ($3.95). But once you're sending $20 or more, the kiosk's flat $4.00 fee can actually save you money - web and phone fees jump higher in those brackets. If you can get to the lobby with accepted bills ($5, $10, $20, $50, $100), the kiosk might be your best bet.

Tip: Before you hit “submit,” compare the handling fee for your exact amount across lobby, phone, and web - the base fee changes by channel and deposit bracket.
