Osceola County Corrections has replaced traditional glass-partition visits with video visitation. The incarcerated person stays in their housing unit while you connect either onsite or remotely. Onsite visits use video terminals in the facility's visitation center. For offsite visits, you can use a computer or the ICS MOBILE app on Android or iOS (the iOS app is free in the Apple App Store). Registration is required before you can schedule or join a video visit—and it's free. Offsite sessions cost $15.00 for 30 minutes. One important note: internet connectivity problems during offsite visits aren't eligible for refunds. Before booking, make sure your device, browser, and connection meet the platform requirements.
