How to Schedule a Video Conference with NMCD (Includes PNM Requests)
NMCD schedules all video conferences through one request form and a dedicated email inbox. Whether you're coordinating with the Penitentiary of New Mexico (PNM) or another NMCD facility, here's what you need to know about the process and timing.
NMCD handles all video conference requests the same way, whether they come from inside the agency or from an outside organization. Fill out the Video Schedule Request form (CD-044101.1) and email it to NMCD-video@state.nm.us. Conferences involving PNM use the same form and submission process - the only difference is how far in advance you should submit your request.
For internal NMCD video conferences, submit your CD-044101.1 request about two (2) weeks before your preferred date. Video rooms fill up fast, and that lead time helps you avoid scheduling conflicts.
Outside agencies need more lead time. Submit your CD-044101.1 request at least three (3) weeks before the conference date. This applies to SPO, JID, NMCOURTS, contractors, and similar outside requestors.
How to Submit and Contact
- ✓ Complete the Video Schedule Request form (CD-044101.1)
- ✓ Attach the completed form to an email
- ✓ Send it to NMCD-video@state.nm.us
- ✓ Include your contact information in the request
- ✓ Provide backup dates and times in case your first choice isn’t available
Tip: Connect at least fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives NMCD ITD a buffer to troubleshoot any technical issues.
