Remember: The 15-hour rule still applies even if you’re using the online scheduler - build in extra time and book in GTL/VisitMe early enough to clear the 15-hour minimum.
Plans change - but don't just skip a scheduled visit. Cancel at least 48 hours ahead of time. Miss that deadline, and the visit still counts against the inmate's monthly total, even though no one showed up. That means fewer visits they can have for the rest of the month.
