How to Send a Food Package Through Union Supply to Phillips State Prison

Union Supply is the approved vendor for sending food packages to people housed at Phillips State Prison. If you want to send food to someone at Phillips, this is the program you'll use.

Not everyone can order. The program is limited to approved family and friends, so make sure you're listed as an approved contact before placing an order. If you aren't approved yet, your order may be rejected.

You can place a Union Supply order a few different ways. Order online through the official Union Supply/GDC portal, or submit your order by mail, phone, or fax. Every order includes a $2.95 shipping and handling charge. This fee is non-refundable, so factor it into your budget before submitting.

GDC limits packages to State Prisons like Phillips to $100 per person or 15 lbs. - whichever you hit first. If multiple orders are placed for the same person, they'll be combined into one package. The combined total still can't exceed $100 or 15 lbs.
