Sending Food Packages to Phillips State Prison: How to order, fees, and limits

Phillips State Prison is part of the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) Union Supply food package program. If you’re an approved family member or friend, you can place an order with Union Supply for delivery to your loved one at Phillips.

GDC lets approved family and friends order through Union Supply in a few different ways. All ordering methods go through Union Supply, and every item has been pre-approved for offenders to receive.

1. Complete your order and prepare it for mailing - Use the Union Supply order process and make sure the information is filled out clearly.
2. Mail your order to Union Supply - Union Supply, 2500 Regent Blvd Dept. 421, P.O. Box 619059, Dallas, TX 75261-9059.

1. Call Union Supply to place your order by phone - Dial 1-562-361-5719.
2. Use the toll-free option if you prefer - Call 1-855-247-0563.

1. Fill out your order details - Make sure everything is readable and complete before sending.
2. Fax your order to Union Supply - Send it to 1-310-603-1188.

Every Union Supply order includes a $2.95 shipping and handling charge. This fee is non-refundable, so double-check your order before submitting.

Placing multiple orders for the same inmate? Union Supply will combine them into a single package. The final package still has to stay within the spending and weight limits - multiple smaller orders won't let you bypass the cap.
