Five Ways to Get Money to an Inmate at Pinellas County Jail
Using a money order? Get the details right before you send it. Pinellas County Jail requires the inmate's full name, docket number, and housing assignment on the money order. Missing any of these can delay processing, so double-check all three before mailing or dropping it off.
You can drop off a money order in person Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). The jail accepts them at both the Misdemeanor Probation Office and the Public Lobby - use whichever is more convenient.
Prefer to mail it? Send your money order to: Pinellas County Jail, Inmate Accounting, 14400 49th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762. Just make sure the inmate's name, docket number, and housing assignment are all included before you seal the envelope.
Prefer cash? Pinellas County Jail has kiosks that accept cash deposits for inmate accounts. You'll find them at the Misdemeanor Probation Office and in the Public Lobby.
The kiosks are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Head to either the Misdemeanor Probation Office or the Public Lobby during that window.
Can't make it to the jail? Pinellas County Jail accepts online deposits through ConnectNetwork at www.connectnetwork.com. This is usually the easiest option if you need to send money outside business hours or from home.
Need help with an online deposit? Customer service questions for online deposits can be directed to 877-650-4249.
Want to send items instead of cash? You can purchase commissary packages through the iCare program at www.icaregifts.com. This is separate from account deposits - it's specifically for ordering packages for someone in custody.
