Pinellas County Jail accepts card payments (credit or debit) through the AllPaid program. Cash bonds must be paid in full, though certain checks and money orders are also accepted. The third option is a surety bond through a registered bonding agent.

If you plan to pay by credit or debit card through AllPaid, know two things: the jail caps each charge at $2,500, and a non-refundable AllPaid service fee is added to every transaction. If the bond involves multiple charges or a larger total, that per-charge cap matters.

You can pay bond by credit or debit card three ways: through the GovPayNow or AllPaid website, by phone at 1-877-EZBAIL5, or in person at the Pinellas County Jail Bond Counter. Pick whichever fits your timeline, especially if getting to the Bond Counter in person isn't realistic.

Heads up: Card payments through AllPaid are limited to $2,500 per charge, and a non-refundable service fee is added to all transactions.

When making a card payment, you'll be asked for a Pay Location code. For inmate or detainee bond payments at Pinellas County Jail, that code is 6343.

Cash bonds must be paid in full. Bring a valid photo ID with you, since you'll need it at the time of posting.

  • Bank checks must be made payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
  • Traveler’s checks must be made payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
  • Money orders must be made payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
  • Personal checks are not accepted

Pinellas County Jail also accepts surety bonds from registered bonding agents. This is the route many families take when they can't cover the full bond amount in cash or by card.

Need help finding a registered agent? The jail posts a list of registered bonding agents in several spots: on electronic message boards in Intake Processing, on kiosks in each housing unit, and in the Central Division public lobby.
