How to Visit Facility
Scheduling ahead makes visiting easier. At Pleasant Valley State Prison, visits are booked and managed through the GTL visitation portal.
You'll need to sign in to the GTL visitation portal to schedule visits with the person you want to see. The portal is where you book times and track your upcoming visits.
Reserving a slot through GTL helps you skip the long lines that form when people show up without appointments. You pick the date, time, and location that works for you, and the system confirms your visit instantly.
Note: For tablet schedules and pricing, Securus directs families to the CDCR family resources tablets page.
