The stakes are steep: violations can mean up to 5 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000. This isn't a minor rule violation - it can become a criminal case.

Warning: Bringing any of the items above into PWCC can lead to criminal penalties, including up to 5 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000.

PWCC's contraband warning spells out the penalty clearly: up to 5 years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $10,000. That applies whether you bring contraband into the facility or possess it inside - both are criminal conduct under Idaho law.
