To book an Anywhere video visit, you’ll set everything up through Securus. Appointments can only be made at www.securustech.net, or by using the Securus app on your phone. Plan ahead: appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

During registration, Securus requires two uploads: a copy of your photo ID and a photo of yourself. Make sure the name on your Securus account matches your ID exactly, and use clear, readable photos - blurry images or mismatched names can slow things down. After you upload everything, approval may take up to 48 hours, so it’s smart to do this part early if you’re trying to visit on a specific day.

Timing rules matter here. All visit creations, changes, and cancellations require 24-hour notice and must be completed by 6:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled visit.
