Once your visit is scheduled in the system, changes go through the jail. Call the facility where your person is housed (Central County Jail or South County Jail) and ask visitation staff to adjust the existing appointment. Timing matters here. Visit creations, changes, and cancellations all require 24 hours' notice, and they have to be completed by 6:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled visit. If you're close to that cutoff, call as soon as possible so you don't miss the window.
