What to wear (and what not to wear) when visiting Reception Medical Center

If you're 16 or older, bring a valid picture ID. Reception Medical Center won't let visitors age 16+ into the visiting area without one - so don't leave it in the car or at home.

What to wear (and what not to wear) when visiting Reception Medical Center

Start with the basics: you must wear a shirt. Show up without one, and you won't get in.

Shoes are required too. Add footwear to your mental checklist before you leave the house.

  • Heelys (shoes with wheels)
  • Any footwear with removable parts

Note: Keep it simple - wear a shirt and regular shoes. Skip Heelys or anything with removable parts.

Wearing a dress, skirt, or Bermuda-length shorts? Length matters. Reception Medical Center won't allow anything more than three inches above the knee.

Tip: Check the length while standing and sitting before you leave. The three-inch rule can surprise you at check-in.
