How to Create Your ICSolutions Account and Use Your RYOCF Party ID (Step‑by‑Step)

RYOCF visits run through ICSolutions. Every visitor needs to create an ICSolutions account - or update an existing one - using a unique Party ID. You'll get this ID from the person in DOC care; it's listed next to your name on their visiting list. This ID links your account so you can schedule in-person or video visits.

1. Get your Party ID from the person in DOC care - They can find it on their visiting list next to your name.
2. Go to ICSolutions and choose to create an account or sign in - If you already have an account, plan on updating it rather than starting from scratch.
3. Enter your details to match your DOC visitor application exactly - Use the same name spelling, identifying details, and other information exactly as it appears on the approved application.
4. Add (or update) your Party ID in your account - This is the piece that ties your account to RYOCF visit scheduling.
5. Save your changes and try scheduling - Once your account and Party ID are in place, you should be able to schedule an in‑person or video visit through ICSolutions.
