Each PIOC gets four 2-hour in-person visits per week. On weekdays (Monday–Friday), time slots are 2:30pm–4:30pm, 4:45pm–6:45pm, and 7:00pm–9:00pm.

Weekend and holiday in-person visiting time slots at RYOCF are 7:00am–9:00am, 9:15am–11:15am, and 11:30am–1:30pm.

Video visits last 25 minutes and run during set windows: Monday–Friday 2:30pm–7:00pm, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 8:30am–1:30pm. RYOCF describes video visits as "Unlimited (up to 16 per month)."

You can schedule both in-person and video visits between 48 hours and two weeks in advance. Slots fill up fast on a first-come, first-served basis - book as soon as you know your availability.

When scheduling through ICSolutions, keep in mind RYOCF's spacing rule: there must be at least 60 minutes between the end of one visit (or call) and the start of the next. This "cooldown" applies whether you're switching from video to in-person or the other way around.

  • Build in a buffer so your next scheduled visit starts at least 60 minutes after the prior visit or call ends.
  • Avoid trying to stack a video visit right before an in-person visit (or vice versa); the spacing rule can make back-to-back plans impossible.
  • If you’re aiming for a specific time slot, plan around the required gap so you don’t accidentally block yourself from booking what you want.

For video visits, you have a 10-minute grace period to sign in. That said, charges can still apply if you're late or don't cancel in time. Set a reminder and sign in a few minutes early when possible.

Fee reminder: Video visits cost $2.50 each, and you'll be charged even if the PIOC or visitor doesn't show. Late arrivals or last-minute no-shows still get billed.
