RYOCF Visiting Schedule: Exact In-Person and Video Visit Hours (Weekday, Weekend, Holiday)
Here are the exact in-person and video visiting hours at Racine Youthful Offender Correctional Facility (RYOCF)—plus scheduling rules that can cost you a visit if you're not careful.
RYOCF offers two visit types: two-hour in-person visits and 25-minute video visits. You can have up to four in-person visits per week. Video visits run in set time windows (listed below), with each session lasting 25 minutes. Pick a slot that works for both your schedule and the facility's availability.
Note: Visiting time doesn't carry over week to week. Miss a visit or cancel? It won't be rescheduled.
Weekday Inperson

Video visits last 25 minutes. Hours are Monday–Friday from 2:30pm–7:00pm, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:30am–1:30pm.

Plan your group size, too. RYOCF allows a maximum of three visitors on a single video call, so if more people want to participate, you’ll need to rotate across different sessions.
Book early. RYOCF visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, and you can book up to two weeks out. Slots fill first-come, first-served - so if you have a specific weekend or holiday in mind, don't wait.
- Leave a 60-minute buffer between bookings - Video calls and in-person visits must be scheduled in ICSolutions at least 60 minutes apart from the end of the previous visit or call.
- Avoid stacking visits too tightly - That 60-minute rule can make a “back-to-back” plan invalid, so build in breathing room when you pick your time slots.
- Treat every scheduled visit as use-it-or-lose-it - Visiting time doesn’t carry over week to week, and missed or cancelled visits won’t be re-scheduled.
