How to Set Up or Update Your ICSolutions Account for RYOCF Visits
Scheduling an in-person or video visit at Racine Youthful Offender Correctional Facility (RYOCF) starts with one thing: getting your ICSolutions account set up correctly—including your unique Party ID.
RYOCF uses ICSolutions for both in-person and video visits. Everyone who wants to visit needs their own ICSolutions account - or an updated existing account - before they can schedule anything. You'll also need approval in two places: on the Person in DOC Care (PIOC)'s approved visitor list, and on the ICSolutions visit list/reservation for the specific day you want to visit.
Here's where people get stuck: the Party ID. This unique code appears next to your name on the PIOC's visiting list. You need it to create your ICSolutions account - or to update your current one - so you can actually schedule visits.
Before You Start
- ✓ Your unique Party ID (the code listed next to your name on the PIOC’s visiting list)
- ✓ A government-issued photo ID (you’ll need to show it for in-person visits and at the start of video visits; you may be asked to show it again during a video visit)
- ✓ If a visitor is under 18, they can only attend if accompanied by an adult
- Get your Party ID from the PIOC - The PIOC must provide you the unique Party ID shown next to your name on the visiting list.
- Create an ICSolutions account or sign in to your existing one - Each visitor needs their own account to visit at RYOCF.
- Add or update your Party ID in your account - Enter the Party ID exactly as it appears on the visiting list.
- Make sure you’re listed for the day you want to visit - Being on the PIOC’s approved visitor list isn’t enough by itself; you also must be on the ICSolutions visit list/reservation for that day.
Note: Each visitor must have their own ICSolutions account and be listed on the visit reservation for the day. If your Party ID isn’t correct, you may not be able to get scheduled even if you’re approved to visit.
Party ID issues - missing, wrong, or not matching what ICSolutions accepts - go to DOCDAIElectronicVisitSupport@wisconsin.gov. RYOCF staff can't help with Party ID questions. For general scheduling problems, contact ICSolutions customer service through their website or call 1-888-506-8407.
Tips Pitfalls
- ✓ Trying to schedule without your own ICSolutions account (each visitor needs one)
- ✓ Being approved on the PIOC’s visitor list but not listed on the ICSolutions visit reservation for the day
- ✓ Not having the Party ID (or entering a Party ID that doesn’t match the one next to your name on the visiting list)
- ✓ Forgetting your government-issued ID for check-in (required for in-person visits and at the start of video visits; you may be asked to show it again during the call)
- ✓ Bringing a minor without an adult (visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
Tip: If scheduling fails, first confirm your Party ID is correct and that you’re listed both on the PIOC’s approved visitor list and on the ICSolutions visit list/reservation for the day.
