Merchandise - RYOCF lists this as property and books - goes to a street address, not a P.O. Box. Send it to: PIOC full name (first and last) and DOC #, RYOCF, 1500 Hamilton Street, Racine, WI 53404.

What happens to the originals: Original contents and envelopes (including pre-paid self-addressed envelopes) are shredded by an NSA-certified third-party service 30 days after TextBehind scans the mail.
