Who to Contact When You Have RYOCF Visiting Problems (And What They Can Actually Help With)
Most visiting problems at RYOCF boil down to two things: your ICSolutions account (including your Party ID) and the scheduling system. Here's who to contact based on what's actually going wrong—and what each one can and can't fix.
Whether you're visiting in person or by video at Racine Youthful Offender Correctional Facility (RYOCF), your first checkpoint is ICSolutions (ICS). Every visitor needs an ICS account, and you have to create or update it using the unique Party ID assigned to you. Get that Party ID wrong - or skip account setup entirely - and scheduling won't work.
Having trouble logging in, booking a visit, or getting errors during scheduling? Start with ICSolutions customer service. Reach them through the ICS website or by phone at 1-888-506-8407. They handle scheduling and account-access issues - but they don't assign Party IDs.
Party ID missing, wrong, or not linking to your account? Email DOC electronic visit support at DOCDAIElectronicVisitSupport@wisconsin.gov. That's the only channel for Party ID problems. RYOCF staff can't fix Party ID assignments, so calling the facility won't help.
RYOCF staff can't answer Party ID questions or create your ICSolutions account for you. Since every visitor needs an ICS account with their Party ID before visiting - in person or by video - you'll need to work through the right support channels, not the facility.
RYOCF visits are first-come, first-served, so scheduling moves fast. If your account is set up and your Party ID is already in place, you'll be ready to grab an open slot the moment you see one.
Quick Troubleshooting Checklist
- ✓ Make sure you’ve created your ICSolutions account (or updated an existing one) and entered your unique Party ID.
- ✓ If you don’t have your Party ID yet, get it from the Person in Our Care (PIOC) so you can complete your account setup.
- ✓ Check the timing of your request: visits can only be scheduled no less than 48 hours and up to two weeks in advance.
- ✓ Try scheduling as soon as you’re eligible, since visit times are first-come, first-served.
- ✓ When you reach out for help, have your account details and the visit date/time you were trying to schedule ready so support can troubleshoot faster.
- Start with ICSolutions for account or scheduling trouble - use the ICS website or call 1-888-506-8407 when the system won’t let you log in or schedule.
