Make sure you're on the facility's approved visitor list and purchase any needed credits through the vendor site. All communications are screened and monitored under DOC vendor rules.

No. TextBehind will not open or process identifiable legal or medical mail. Those items are forwarded to RYOCF for handling under legal-mail procedures.
