All in-person and video visits at Racine Youthful Offender Corr. Facility (RYOCF) are scheduled through ICSolutions. Before booking, you'll need to create or update your account using a unique Party ID. If your Party ID isn't working, contact DOC electronic visit support—RYOCF staff can't fix Party ID issues. Slots open 48 hours to two weeks in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. ICSolutions also requires at least 60 minutes between an in-person visit and a video visit. Up to three visitors can attend at once. RYOCF offers four 2-hour in-person visit slots each week with set weekday and weekend time windows. Visitors 16 and older must show photo ID and be approved via the DOC-21AA questionnaire. If the facility cancels your visit, you'll get a refund. Late arrivals or missed cancellations may still be charged for video visits. Starting 3/23/2025, vending machines will accept coins and one card per visitor.
